with radar used today. I'm not sure of all the specifics, but I'm almost positive that radar physics is NOT an applicable defense. There are all sorts of things that CAN affect radar readings: faster cars before and after you; large vehicle readings would register a SLOWER reading; hills and curves and skew the reading - all sorts of stuff. But NONE of this is provable in court. The court views a trained officers opinion of what happened to be the "most probable" view of what happened. Bottom line: the officer will lie to make the citation stick. To have a ticket dropped is like saying the officer is wrong. (Trust me on this - I've had cops lie way too many times to have ANY faith in them.)

"And Shepherds we shall be, for Thee my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. We shall flow a river forth unto Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In nomine Patris, et Fili, et Spiritu Sancti." ----The Boondock Saints
